Lavrynovych & Partners Law Firm has been named the Law Firm of the Year in Ukraine in Banking and Finance, M&A, Taxes, and Court Practice and Arbitration according to the DealMakers Global Awards 2012.
The DealMakers Global Awards is a professional award of DealMakers Monthly Magazine, a well-established publication in Mergers & Acquisitions, Finance, Investment and Privatization. The Magazine annually gives awards to the world’s leading companies and advisors that demonstrate a high level of service and economic efficiency. Almost 24,000 readers of the Magazine took part in deciding the winners this year.
In December 2011, Lavrynovych & Partners won in all six Ukrainian categories of the ACQ Country Awards, an international ranking of law firms: “Banking and Finance Law Firm of the Year”, “Current Activities Commercial Advisor of the Year”, “Corporate Finance Team of the Year”, “Corporate Tax Advisor of the Year”, “Debt Advisor of the Year” and “Tax Advisor of the Year”. In January 2012, Lavrynovych & Partners was also named the Law Firm of the Year in Ukraine in M&A, Banking and Finance, Taxes, and Court Practice and Arbitration according to the Lawyers World Annual Jurisdiction Awards 2011.
