VI Annual Legal Forum – Legal Services Development in Ukraine-2010, organized by Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA), was held in Radisson SAS Hotel on February 26, 2010. Maksym Lavrynovych, Managing Partner of Lavrynovych & Partners Law Firm, made a report on «Outcomes-09. Tendencies-10. Frankly about the legal market».
Maksym Lavrynovych: «At present the legal market is more than ever requires “correction of mistakes”, since the last year, as a litmus paper, revealed all weak points of this market. It’s easy to be the best under favourable circumstances, but only the difficulties may reveal the real potential of the business. For example, our Firm not only survived, but also achieved a success: there were no layoffs, the wages were increased, new large-scale projects were opened. And while others in every way economized on marketing, our aggressive marketing strategy helped us to attract new customers and to strengthen the B2B direction».
