Lavrynovych & Partners Law Firm has once again achieved a victory in the protection of the rights and interests of the clients of financial institutions. Lawyers of the Firm ceased the unfaithful collection of more than 8 million UAH debt from a former guarantor by PJSC “Ukrainian Innovation Bank”.
On October 20, 2016 Holosiivskyy district court of Kyiv agreed with the legal arguments presented by Lavrynovych & Partners Law Firm on absence of any legal grounds for bank’s claims to the guarantor and a necessity to acknowledge termination of legal relations between the bank and the defendant. Consequently court dismissed the law suit of the bank and satisfied the guarantor’s counterclaim.
