The Firm advises on the matters related to the receipt of approval of concerted actions from the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine to perform concerted actions. Our team of experts advises Clients on domestic antitrust implications of agreements between competitors, as well as joint ventures, distribution and licensing agreements, development activities and strategic alliances, and represents Clients in hearings of the cases on violation of the concerted actions before the AMCU and the courts.
