Executive Partner of Lavrynovych & Partners Law Firm, the deputy chairman of the NAAU Mediation Committee Stanislav Skrypnyck was included in the working group of the Committee for Legal Policy and Justice of the Parliament of Ukraine on finalizing the draft law on mediation for the second reading.
“Mediation is an effective dispute resolution tool that is widely used worldwide and helps parties to resolve conflicts without going to court. It’s nice to see that the Parliament committee is serious about drafting this important bill and involves experts and certified mediators in the working group. I am confident that an open discussion will be the key to a qualitative finalization of the project”, Stanislav said.
Stanislav is a certified business mediator (certificate of the Academy of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Munich and Upper Bavaria).
