On September 6-7, the fifth international forum International Corporate Governance Practice was held in Geneva, which was opened by the managing partner of Lavrynovych & Partners Law Firm Maksym Lavrynovych on the relevant topic “The impact of banking and legal compliance on international business practices”.
For the fifth year in a row, the forum traditionally brought together for professional communication and exchange of experience members of the Board of Directors, independent and Executive Directors, directors for corporate governance and corporate secretaries of banks, companies and industrial groups, as well as corporate lawyers and law firms that practice in the field of corporate law and leading experts and consultants in corporate governance from Ukraine, Moldova, Republic of Belarus, Russia, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.
