The First Annual IFA Ukraine International Tax Conference took place on 13th June at the Radisson SAS Hotel in Kyiv.
The Conference provided a unique forum for discussion and was focused on several important areas in Ukraine’s international tax law and practice: Current International Tax Issues in Ukraine, Cross-Border M&A Transactions, Raising Financing in International Markets, and Structuring Foreign Investments into Ukrainian Real Estate.
The presentations was divided into four panels and covered by the well-known professionals in the field of international taxation, representing leading law, accounting and consulting firms: Lavrynovych & Partners, Deloitte, DLA Piper, Ernst & Young, Gide Loyrette Nouel, Konnov & Sozanovsky, KPMG, Magisters, and Pricewaterhouse Coopers.
Mrs. Iryna Marushko, Partner of Lavrynovych & Partners and member of the IFA Ukraine board became one of key speakers of the Conference and presented Lavrynovych & Partners to the audience of the Fora.
