Lavrynovych & Partners Law Firm successfully defended interests of its regular client – a construction company in the Kyiv Economic Court of Appeal
On July 26, 2017, Lavrynovych & Partners Law Firm successfully represented interests of its regular client, a well known construction company in the Kiev Economic Court of Appeal in a dispute over renewal (making) a land lease agreement for a new term.
The dispute arose between the construction company and the landlord – the local authority regarding the preferential right for the conclusion of the said agreement.
Following consideration of the case, the panel of judges of the Economic Court of Appeal agreed with the arguments and legal opinion of the firm and acknowledged the land lease agreement concluded for the next 5 years.
The client’s interest were represented and protected by a team consisting of Executive Partner Stanislav Skrypnyk, Senior Associate Arthur Kiyan and other lawyers of the Firm.
