Lawyers of Lavrynovych & Partners Law Firm have provided successful legal support to a well-known European manufacturer of furniture and construction accessories Corporation GAMET S. A. in liquidation procedure of the subsidiary company in Ukraine. GAMET S. A. is a known brand in many European markets in the field of manufacturing of high quality furniture fittings. Subsidiary of “GAMETES UKRAINE” was liquidated because of bankruptcy, according to the decision of The Kyiv City Commercial Court. This project was carried out by the lawyer of Lavrynovych & Partners Law Firm Vadim Avdeev under the supervison of Associate partner Dmytro Savchuk.
