Lavrynovych & Partners Successfully Defended the Interests of Ukragroalliance LLC in the Case Seeking Invalidation and Reversal of Tax Notification Decisions and Fines in the Amount of UAH 550,000
On September 20, 2011, lawyers of Lavrynovych & Partners successfully represented the interests of Ukragroalliance LLC in the case regarding the claim lodged by Ukragroalliance LLC against the State Tax Inspection (STI) of Holosiyivsky District in Kyiv seeking invalidation and reversal of tax notification decisions on reducing the budget refund of VAT in the amount of UAH 439,782 and imposing fines totaling UAH 109,945.
The resolution of the District Administrative Court of Kyiv City fully satisfied the claim filed by Ukragroalliance LLC.
