As part of its banking practice, Lavrynovych & Partners will provide legal services to the « Joint-Stock Commercial Industrial & Investment Bank» (Prominvestbank), according to a framework agreement that was signed by both sides on 6 January 2011.
Founded in 1992, Prominvestbank is one of the largest banks in Ukraine and in 2001, the bank was included in the list of Top 1000 banks in the world.
The main shareholder of the bank since 2009 is theState Corporation «Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank)» of the Russian Federation.
