Lavrynovych & Partners Advises Amstor Retailer
Lavrynovych & Partners Law Firm and Amstor LLC, one of Ukraine’s retail leaders, have started cooperating. A relevant agreement was signed on April 19.
Legal support of the client will be provided by a team of lawyers under the guidance of Stanislav Skrypnyck, Partner of Lavrynovych & Partners.
Amstor was founded in 2003. It currently consists of twenty-four supermarkets in twelve Ukrainian cities, with a total area of more than 250,000 square meters.
