Lavrynovych & Partners Advises X5 Retail Group in Ukraine
X5 Retail Group Ukraine selected Lavrynovych & Partners as legal adviser. The team working on the project is led by Partner Stanislav Skrypnyck and Senior Associate Andrii Moroz.
X5 Retail Group Ukraine is a subsidiary of X5 Retail Group N.V., the Russian largest food retailer, developing a supermarket network “Perekhrestia” in Ukraine. By now, the company set up 10 stores in Kyiv, Vyshgorod and Brovary.
