Lavrynovych & Partners Provides Legal Advice to Universal Bank in a New Case

Since January 2013, Lavrynovych & Partners Law Firm have provided legal advice to Universal Bank in analyzing documents related to the pending lawsuits against one of the Bank’s debtors with a substantial overdue debt. Legal support of the Client has been provided by a team of lawyers supervised by Stanislav Skrypnyck, Partner of Lavrynovych & Partners.

Universal Bank was founded in 1994 and is one of Ukraine’s oldest banking institutions. Since 2006, the Bank has been a part of Eurobank Group, an international bank group, whose total assets are estimated at EUR 73.6 billion. Eurobank Group is represented in eight European countries. Universal Bank ranks among Ukraine’s large banks by capital size according to the classification of the National Bank of Ukraine. Its authorized capital as of September 18, 2012 is UAH 1.163 billion.
