Lavrynovych & Partners Law Firm advises Japan Tobacco International
A legal services agreement between Lavrynovych & Partners Law Firm and JTI International Company Ukraine, a closed joint stock company, was signed in Kyiv on 14 December 2010.
Lavrynovych & Partners will provide JTI with professional advice on doing business in Ukraine and will represent the interests of JTI in court.
Japan Tobacco International (JTI) is the international tobacco business of Japan Tobacco Inc., the world’s third largest industry player, with a global market share of 11% and market capitalization of approximately USD 32bn.
