Iryna Marushko Attends the IV International Black Sea Economic Forum
The Firm’s Partner Iryna Marushko participated in IV International Black Sea Economic Forum, which took place in Livadia Palace in Yalta on October 24-25, 2013 held by the Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.

Lavrynovych & Partners Successfully Defends Interests of Max-Torg 2011
Lavrynovych & Partners defended the interests of Max-Torg 2011 LLC within the framework of consideration of the case on repeal of the resolution by the Kyiv State Architectural and Construction Supervision Inspection which imposed a fine on the LLC for violation of the urban development regulations.
As a result of successful work, the Kyiv Region Administrative Court resolved to cancel the illegally imposed fine in the amount of UAH 1,032,300.
Legal support of the court proceedings was provided by Andriy Moroz, Associated Partner with Lavrynovych & Partners, and Artur Kiyan, Senior Associate.
In its long-term use, Max-Torg 2011 holds the largest non-residential facilities owned by the Kyiv territorial community, where the company is engaged in retail trade throughout the city.
