Senior associates of Lavrynovych & Partners Law Firm Andriy Moroz and Dmytro Symanov participated in the II Competition Forum of Ukraine held in Kyiv on January 26-27 with official support of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine.
Among the speakers at this year’s Forum were Andriy Klyuyev, First Deputy Prime-Minister of Ukraine – Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, Vasyl Tsushko, Chairman of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine, Igor Artemyev, Chairman of the Federal Antimonopoly Service, the Russian Federation, Mazhyt Yessenbayev, Chairman of the Competition Protection Agency, Republic of Kazakhstan, Petko Nikolov, Chairman of the Commission on Protection of Competition, Bulgaria, Theodor Thanner, Director General of the Federal Protection Authority, Austria.
At the Forum, delegates from more than ten CIS and EU countries discussed the activity of bodies of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine and improvement of the current regulatory system, as well as analyzed the court practice and foreign experience in exercising control over economic concentrations and concerted actions.
