Successful defence of the interests of the owner of commercial real estate in the center of Kyiv
Lavrynovych & Partners Law Firm successfully defended the interests of the owner of commercial real estate in the center of Kyiv in a tax dispute regarding the determination of the obligation to pay a land tax.
According to the results of the consideration of the case, the Sixth Appellate Administrative Court retained the decision of the court of first instance to cancel the unlawful tax notice – the decision of the General Directorate of State Fiscal Service of the city of Kyiv.
