Successful protection of the client in the bankruptcy case
Lavrynovych & Partners Law Firm has built and implemented successful protection of the interests of its permanent client in the bankruptcy case that for a long time was considered by the courts. The essence of the matter was the attempts of third parties to obtain full control over the bankrupt enterprise of the client through systematic illegal actions. Thanks to the successful work of the Firm’s lawyers, the Kyiv Economic Court of Appeal reversed the illegal decisions of the first instance courts in favor of third parties and fully satisfied the client’s appeal. The team of lawyers of the Firm was headed by the Executive Partner Stanislav Skrypnyck and Associate Partner Arthur Kiyan.
