On June 24, Associate Partner of Lavrynovych & Partners Law Firm Artur Kiyan gave a lecture on Stop Raiderage: Counteracting Unlawful Acquisition of Companies within the framework of the School of Real Jurisprudence. Arthur spoke about ways to confront the raider capture and gave practical examples of raider seizures in Ukraine.
