Practice of cassation courts in tax disputes
In the framework of the lecture for the students of the Legal High School on Taxation Associate Partner at Lavrynovych & Partners Law Firm, Dmytro Savchuk, talked about the practice of cassation courts in tax disputes in the context of unrealistic business transactions and fictitiousness of counteragents, noting that in recent years most of tax disputes related to business transactions concern these issues.
