On April 22-24th International Conference “TOURISTIC LEVEL UP” was held in Uzhhorod. The main subjects for discussion were legal regulation of tourism activity, state factor in the development of the industry, regional and European approaches to certification and quality of services, analysis of judicial practice from the point of view of judicial reform. These questions were fully and comprehensively presented in the speeches of leading scholars and lawyers from Latvia and Ukraine. Executive Partner of Lavrynovych & Partners Law Firm Stanislav Skrypnyk talked about mediation as an alternative way of resolving conflicts in the tourism sector. Moreover, during the conference participants were able to get a comprehensive analysis of the issues, based on the impartial views of experts in the scientific and legal circles.
