According to IFLR1000 researchers, the firm’s M&A department fronted by Iryna Marushko, Partner of the firm, has been bolstered by a spate of new hires, including Associated Partner Igor Siusel. «In the last 12 months, the firm assisted Invitel Group in the $248 million preparation for and sale of its Ukrainian assets and business», says the research. «The firm also conducted due diligence of a Ukrainian company’s $2 million assets for Maspex-GMW».
