Maksym Lavrynovych and Iryna Marushko Spoke аt 1st Annual Legal Counsel Forum
Maksym Lavrynovych, the Firm’s Managing Partner, moderated the opening panel of 1st Annual Legal Counsel Forum, dedicated to the management processes in legal departments of Ukrainian companies. The Forum, organized by Yurydychna Praktyka Weekly, took place on October 17, 2013 in Kyiv.
Firm’s Partner Iryna Marushko delivered a speech on “Readiness for a tax field inspection” in the Tax Section of the Forum. Iryna outlined key points of tax inspection, the powers of tax authorities, and documentation of inspection results.
