Lavrynovych & Partners Defends Client’s Land Interests

Lavrynovych & Partners Law Firm has successfully defended at the District Administrative Court the interests of Chornobayivske hunting enterprise, one of Ukraine’s largest lessees of land, during the hearing of a case regarding the recognition as unlawful and reversal of a resolution adopted by a government agency.

The District Administrative Court has, by its judgment, supported the legal view of Lavrynovych & Partners lawyers regarding the unlawful nature of the Oblast Council’s decision to satisfy the prosecutor’s protest and subsequent reversal of its own decision, whereby lands and areas were leased out to the Firm’s client.Legal support for the project was provided by Partner of Lavrynovych & Partners Law Firm Stanislav Skrypnyck and associate Artur Kiyan. 

Chornobayivske hunting enterprise is one of the largest in Cherkasy Oblast, with 114,679 hectares of hunting lands in its current use.
