The Third Annual Legal Conference “Mergers & Acquisitions in Ukraine”, organized by Conference House with the support of the Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA), was held at the Radisson BLU Hotel in Kyiv on 25 November 2010.
The conference was attended by owners and heads of business companies, CFOs, representatives of legal and investment companies, top managers of commercial and investment banks.
The conference participants had an opportunity to discuss a range of important issues, such as general trends and prospects of the M&A market, planning and restructuring of M&A transactions, tax and financial diagnostics of M&A transactions in Ukraine, due diligence, alternative models of business structuring in Ukraine, use of the state capital in M&A deals, and many other issues.
