Lavrynovych&Partners Law Firm opened the section of free legal assistance to individuals on Segodnya.ua web-site

The Central Legal Clinic, a social project of Lavrynovych&Partners Law Firm, is expanding its operations. It opened the section of free legal assistance to individuals on Segodnya.ua web-site. Among the issues people could apply for are the following: clarification of the current legislation, consultations, drafting of letters, complaints and documents of the proceedings and so on.

“The task of the Central Legal Clinic is to ensure access of vulnerable groups in society to quality legal assistance and toprovide law school students with the opportunity to gain practical skills and knowledges via professional mentoring of our lawyers, and apply them in practice. Our project has been existing for more than one year and it is growing – we are gratefulSegodnya.ua web-sitefor assisting  us in disseminating legal information in order to increase awareness of our citizens. In addition, we always welcome people who are not indifferent to such initiatives,”- said Andrew Moroz, Curator, Associate partner of Lavrynovych&Partners Law Firm.

Legal support will be provided in the following areas of law:

1. Civil law (acquisition, implementation and protection of property rights, compensation, contract law, intellectual property, etc.)
2. Labour law (protection of the employee’s rights, calculation and payment of wages, the pension and social security, illegal dismissal)
3. Family law (divorce, alimony, division of joint marital property, deprivation of parental rights)
4. Children’s rights
For legal help, one should fill in a special form, indicating his contact details and nature of the request.
