Lavrynovych & Partners signs Memorandum of Cooperation with State Agency of Ukraine for Investments and Management of National Projects

Under the Memorandum of Cooperation signed between the parties on 18 January 2011, Lavrynovych & Partners Law Firm will be actively engaged to provide legal support for foreign investment projects coordinated by the State Agency of Ukraine for Investments and Management of National Projects.

Under the relevant agreements between the parties, the firm will provide legal assistance in the process of drafting necessary documents and otherwise dealing with matters that require particular attention in the context of the Agency’s tasks and functions.

The State Agency of Ukraine for Investments and Management of National Projects, known until June 2010 as the State Agency of Ukraine for Investments and Innovations, was set up in 2005. The Agency is the central executive authority overseeing investments and is coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. Its primary task is to facilitate the implementation of strategically important projects involving technical upgrading and development of basic branches of the real sector of the national economy.
