Stanislav Skrypnyck and Andriy Moroz take part in 2nd International Conference «Beneficial Business Structuring»

The Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA) held its 2nd International Conference «Beneficial Business Structuring. Best Legal Advice on Tax and Commercial Advantages in Popular Jurisdictions» at the Atlantica Miramare Beach Hotel, Limassol, Cyprus, on September 22-23, 2010.

This year, the conference attracted a record number of participants, including prominent Cypriot politicians, representatives of law and consulting firms, and businessmen.

The conference addressed the issues of doing business in Cyprus, the Netherlands, and Malta. Particular focus was laid on the competition law of Cyprus, in particular on the concentration clearance procedure and on the specific aspects of litigation and arbitration proceedings involving Ukrainian companies. The conference also hosted a roundtable discussion on a wide spectrum of bilateral Ukrainian-Cypriot relations.
