Lavrynovych & Partners Provides Legal Advice Concerning Loan Agreement between Ukrtransgaz SC and Deutsche Bank AG

Lavrynovych & Partners Law Firm has acted as a legal advisor on Ukrainian Law issues in the process of providing state guarantees and preparing an agreement between Ukrtransgaz SC and Deutsche Bank AG for opening a EUR 53 million loan facility to implement a project related to modernization of the Bar compressor station of Soyuz gas pipeline.

The German party plan to finance 85% of the project costs with a loan to be extended by German bank Deutsche Bank AG.

Legal support at all the stages was provided by head of Lavrynovych & Partners’ banking and finance practice Partner Iryna Marushko and Senior Associate Olena Zubchenko. Lavrynovych & Partners was engaged as a legal advisor on Ukrainian Law issues by White & Case international law firm, which acts as a legal advisor for the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine.
